The fact that you still cannot edit the ratings of fake computer generated players in dynasty is laughable. We should absolutely have the choice to do so, even if not everyone does it, we should still have the ability to do so in our own private dynasties that no one else will ever flipping know about. Jesus.

The fact that EA has had years to create a great game of football (nothing novel and no massive amount of creativity needed whatsoever) and created this mediocre at best product is ridiculous. The fact that they also created a new huge update and still miss the mark quite a bit shows how inept this company is.

"Pretty meaty"... just read through them. There are maybe two issues listed here that I had even heard about before this update. I am genuinely curious what goes in to deciding the priority workflow on these updates? NONE of the major complaints about this game are addresses or even acknowledged. Customer engagement malpractice.

There’s two noticeable glitches with this update for dynasty. Incoming freshman no longer show up for position changes at the end of the year. Scoreboard goes away in game. Do you guys actually test the update before it goes live ?

@EA_KentWith all due respect and I mean that, The point, Kent, is that these issues SHOULD have been tested before the game came out Its quite obvious that no testing or minimal testing was done in order to meet the deadline you set. This happens with every game EA puts out it seems. When someone pays $100 for a video game we expect it to work properly. We are aware there are some bugs here and there, but since everything went ONLINE, rather than offline releases, CD-Roms, Cartridges etc, down went the game quality when the games came out. Because why not just update it with patches! During my time at EA and speaking with many people when the office was in Maitland, we spoke a lot about how EA wanted to implement this model of release first and fix later. I questioned that as saying why would one want to do that? The answer was, well we have to put these games out every year, there isn't enough time. Well there was plenty of time to make this game. I think most people would have been happy to wait until next year for a PERFECT game. Since we are talking about NCAA Football 25 and not Madden or EA Sports FC here, examine all of the bug reports. Some are stupid and not pressing. Others are. I know that you looked at them and I know that your boss has it sitting in his inbox or with a Jira notification assuming EA still uses that, but is he really doing something about it? Or does there need to be another meeting after and another meeting on how quickly we can get this together. The real bugs, the ones people are saying are game breaking like Overtime not working for example, the game crashing or freezing during it. Simming Normal can create problems as well, there's no kick off in the second half and the team that had the ball at the end of the first half and was supposed to kick off has the ball where it left off! This ruins the game. All of this would have been noticed if the game was tested by someone who knows how to test the game. There was no Beta for us to play. I saw nothing around here in Orlando regarding hiring temporary testers to come in and play the game like you had done many many years ago with Madden. All of this would have been fixed if you had listened to what I said all those years ago on how to fix a lot of these problems. But apparently your execs know better than me. This is why people are pissed off... its like you do not care and a forum post is not going to solve the problems at hand. A semi finished game updated over the next 6 months to fix game breaking issues is not acceptable at all. There is no way that no one at EA knew about these issues. There is literally no way. I know how you guys work first hand.. The priority is Money, not customer satisfaction. The biggest release in recent memory.... what did you think was going to happen? A riot... well my friend, you got one. And no matter how much you pay bloggers and reviewers to review the game it give it rave reviews, the people have spoken. I like the game, but I'm afraid to play it because when it comes time to win an important game, Im worried the game is going to crash in OT, or something bizarre will occur at half time. Among other issues listed on here. Maybe tell us what the priorities are. What are you going to fix for the next update? More transparency would be nice for a change.Regards

Ya, this update basically killed the game. Ya'll need to fix everything real quick or youre going to lose all your momentum.

This is ridiculous. The fact that you guys put out a game with so many issues is unbelievable. I mean you can't do anything right with the gameplay.
1. Pursuit angles on defense are a joke. The fact the lineman gets punched up and disengage blocks/ miss them for no reason is terrible. Don't forget the the defensive side of this game is unplayable. The CPU AI is trash when playing defense. Guaranteed to give up plays every time. Not to forget the weird animations of players running though each other doing a fill limbo under tackling players. Yikes, nothing realistic about that gameplay.
2. Dynasty mode is still broke. You can't customize the conferences without messing up the season. If finds a way to glitch or bug out all the time. Then you get the custom schedule glitch. If you have more than one team you control in the same season, and those two teams play each other, you can't change it. Why? Cause it makes one teams schedule a game short and then the menu tells you, the schedule has issues and you need to reset it to continue. Which then puts the teams back to playing each other. Don't forget that the coach you control gets stuck at all times on the main menu while playing in dynasty mode and when you switch teams it shows the same guy all the time.
EA you have completely $hit the bed with this. You got your cash grab with the hype of college football being back. But the fact that you released such an unfinished product that just makes people pull their hair out is dumbfounding. It shows you guys really don't care anymore about finishing any products you put out there. All you do is say we will patch it, and by the time you fully patch and fix the game, you come out with the new one and say to everyone. Wanna do this all over again? 🤦🏻

Why is it that when I select to play a teir 2 or lower team in road to the CFP I still get matched up with teir 1 teams

Does anyone remember a few years ago when Madden was so broke that they offered players a 50% discount on following year's game? Granted, they made you buy the Deluxe version which was priced at $100 so you paid $50 instead of the regular $70. I'm curious if EA will be offering a similar offer to make up for the issues with this year's game? I know I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. If you buy a good/ service and it's not what you expected, you expect the company to make it right. How will EA make this right?

@Sgoforth5 i don’t want the game next year i don’t want to play madden this year or next year. im done with these games. im fine with cod and 2k. im done with ea. i really hope after this people take a stand like ppl did with bud light and do some damage to this company or yall will be doing this over n over again . good luck y’all hopefully you guys take a stand at some point!!! i don’t want anything other than my full refund of $170

Why would you buy the next version if you're so disappointed in the current one? Without them fixing (or at least replying to the many questions/features/expectations) I wouldn't even be considering buying 'next year's game'. Granted, I haven't even bought this one, I am waiting to see if the major issues and features get worked out before I even consider buying a used copy for half-off.

Will you change the aspects in gameplay the community want to have like it was before the patch?
A game should be better after a patch and not worse.

EA WE WANT A REPLY OR AN UPDATE ASAP! either start issuing refunds or tell us your taking the patch back or what your doing to fix the game that you completely screwed up. it’s been days. your about to see a bunch of people come together and do something

There is more roughing the kicker/punter calls then there is total penalties called in the entire game for both teams most games or it's damn close.
Thats while getting hit with offensive holds anytime the cpu needs it.
Stop trying to create a game where the cpu forces things to happen as a way to create a skill gap/challenge or w.e it is you're attempting.
