College football 25 missing ea play packs

I haven’t received my ea play packs for September or October. Ea keeps giving me the run around everytime I contact them . Honestly feels like I’ve been robbed . You know when people say ea is a scam you never believe it till it happens to you ..🤦🏽‍♂️
