Hi can you upgrade the graphical for the Xbox series x. It looks like I'm playing on an Xbox 360. Can you fix this problem?

i pretty much gave up. ea moderator hasnt said anything to help us fix the problem
Hopefully the dev is passing it on to whoever in the building can fix it, cuz this * makes the game unplayable.
