Hi can you upgrade the graphical for the Xbox series x. It looks like I'm playing on an Xbox 360. Can you fix this problem?

Hello dev team here is the exact issue when the game is playing it seems to be In performance mode like they have in the Madden 25 beta where it kills the resolution like a depth of field issue then replays are u. 4k..... Ca. U please fix this it's a great game but I think u put gameplay in a lower resolution or depth of field Almost like the game is in 1440p not 4k it's really bad

Adjusted other settings like contrast, black light and sharpness still nothing. Went into Xbox settings and same result. Played older Madden games to compare and even Madden 23 looks more detailed and clean compared to College football 25.Preset cutscenes (touchdowns, after play player zoom ins, anything other than my physical game play) show the highest quality and looks very good and clean. When I am playing the graphics go down and the players/uniforms are blurry/fuzzy and can barely read names. Maybe the Ray Tracing is causing the issue?

@Anobix yeah a lot of it has to do with the lighting too. It looks worse at certain game times like 3:30pm or 6pm to me. Night games are hit or miss. Even with motion blur turned off it’s still pretty bad. It’s playable but obviously not ideal for a new game. I attached a few more pics to compare gameplay motion vs instant replay zoomed in on one of my team builders. Pretty clear difference

Pretty clear difference That is a pretty massive difference in terms of a photo-mode vs moving. I can understand the game being crisper and rendering at a higher res for a replay/photo-mode, but that's pretty stark.

I can’t see the names on the back of the jerseys and nothing is rendering. Looks like no anti aliasing. I really hope there is a fix because it’s awful to looks at. I play on PS5 Slim with a brand new Samsung Odessey G50D

I think you guys should upgrade the graphics I get too much of a Xbox 360 feel and I would like to see more crisp graphics

@EA_Illium I have the same issue, you can even see when a cut scene happens and it’s still in gameplay mode like when it’s halftime the fuzziness goes away and it looks amazing. But during gameplay it looks really awful on my tv, cut scenes once again are amazing. The gameplay looks unfinished and not rendering all the way. 75 inch oled and all my settings are top tier
