Connection to server problem

I have sadly spent a good chunk of my money on this game and in the last week after I spent some currency to buy Randy moss it won’t let me into any ultimate team games and kicks me completely out of ultimate team. I’ve tried every “Trouble shooting” method there is and still isn’t letting me into a game. I’m quite over it the online assistant isn’t much help and I would love to just have my money back if I’m not gonna be able to play the game at all. Is anyone else having the same issue?
