Coordinator Auto Promotion

At the very least there should be a way to force your user-controlled coordinator into the Head Coach position after a season, if you can't earn a promotion. I've played 5 seasons and have gotten to the point where my small school is a championship contender, but it seems like there won't be any more development in this current Dynasty save as I cannot become a head coach and upgrade my pipelines to contend with the big schools. The Head Coach at my school has changed 4 times as well and I've never gotten an offer for the position as the offensive coordinator.
