Could makerights be in order?

Hello yall! I have been facing this issue since August 25th since the Legends content drop went live. I spent $1100 in one day trying to pull the only LTD tyrann mathieu that should have been in packs this content drop per advertisement but pulled two LTD Charlie Ward cards that were not even supposed to be in packs. He was the LTD from last week and EA’s advertising said he would only be in packs until 8/21 @ 1:00pm. As LTD tyrann mathieu is only supposed to be in packs until 8/25 @1:00PM EST (Today). I’m banned from Auction House and opening packs when they first come out is the only way I can get LTD players I want, since I can’t buy them in Auction House. A lot of other players have had this same problem and have voiced their frustrations with the help department. I would really like to get this resolved before 1:00PM EST because tyrann mathieu won’t be in packs after today. I believe that EA should reward me with the content that I am owed. I pulled two LTD cards for this legend drop and they should have been tyrann mathieu. That’s not my fault that EA made the mistake of not removing Charlie Ward because if they would have, I would have got the player I spent $1100 trying to get. I would have actually only had to spend half of that because the first LTD card was pulled around the $500 mark. Then after I pulled him, I could have quit. I’m a very loyal customer. I’m an EA play member, I preordered deluxe edition of this game, and have spent $2.5k on packs since release.
