Will we be able to create FCS schools in teambuilder . I know that in past versions of the Ncaa franchise's since teambuilder was introduced?

We don't know anything about how Team Builder works until they release more information, but I think that we should be able to fully customize our Team Builder teams.
the reason I'm asking is because its a potential Nil issue. take a bigger Fcs school like North Dakota state . someone from north Dakota might want to build that team for the game. In doing so making sure that the the qb and all other positions are accurate. Then the school and the players have a potential issue that could lead to us not getting a college football 26. This is why I bring up the issue.

I would imagine it’s like wwe2k25 and the creators that add performers that are in different companies. EA can only do so much, I mean the safe bet is not let anyone upload a team or roster but even then could EA really enforce it? I thought the rumor was FCS schools were to be added in a future DLC, probably a pay DLC.
