Custom Conferences

So I’m guessing custom conference is still broken?  It just doesn’t make sense.  I recreate the old PAC 10 with 10 members and I’m forced to have a conference championship game.  I place 12 teams in the PAC 12, and it gives me the option to not have a conference champion game.  If I have 10 members playing a 9 conference game schedule, I should be able to turn conference championship game off.  Adding more teams should force me into a conference championship game.
