Custom Defense vs Hurry Up Tempo

when opposing teams go no huddle tempo, I cannot audible to another 4-2-5 nickel formation. I am stuck in what every nickel formation i picked originally. Shouldnt have to burn a timeoout when I have other defensive formations and sets with the guys on the field. Nickel Over, Nickel Double Mug etc.
