CUT not loading, servers are down.

Question

I load college football, click ultimate team says servers are down. Log into my brother's account same xbox let's me right in. Go check ban or suspension, nothing in there. What's the issue I got money into the game if it ain't fixed or resolved by 09/20/24 I'd simply like all my money back for the game and in game purchases.

I tried getting a refund earlier on the week through ea they sent me to Xbox since I bought it through them and they have a 14 day period from when u purchase the game to return for a refund got denied that and for the refund of all the points I spent money on. If you have any luck let me know what you did.
