Hey all,
I purchased the MVP bundle so I've been playing for 4 days now. I've reached out to EA Help multiple times but they have been useless. 24+ response times on emails, etc.
I still don't have my 4600 ultimate team points. An EA rep said the following 3 days ago:
"Akhilesh: Just got an update from the team and the team has showed that the points are added to your account but we not able to see any logs of using the points and the points are not in your inventory."
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game 4 times, deleting game saved data, restore licenses, everything imaginable.
It now won't let me start a new chat with EA, and the emails are not being responded to.
Does any one know what I can do to either get my points, or my money back? I understand they have a lot of issues going on here, but in my 25+ years of being a gamer I'm not sure I've ever been this frustrated due to lack of support and info.
