Game Keeps Shutting Off

I have tried every troubleshooting step given to me and my game continuously shuts off every day. It shut off in the first quarter of All American Finale so I didn't get to complete my season once again and lost out on rewards. The amount of times this has happened over the past year is insanely ridiculous. I would like an actual resolution and compensation for all the rewards lost. I hope it'll happen for once.
