It seems there are different groups of issues. My issue is I've never been able to load into a game in any mode. I can recruit, sim, etc I simply cannot get into a game as it freezes after I select a team. I do not want my money back I simply want acknowledgement that preparations to correct are being made.
My friend, do any other games on your xbox freeze or crash? I had to buy a completely new xbox because some games would crash. Once I downloaded NCAA, I could play anything in the menu's, but loading in to the game would automatically freeze.

NCAA 25 is the only game that freezes. Does yours work now?
EA Staff (Retired)My game will now load into the actual game and I can get a few plays in but then it freezes again. I have never been able to get passed the load screen but I've not yet made it but about 1 minutes of game time in. We are headed in the right direction. Is there anything I can try on my end?
