How to edit players!?

This games seems worthless thus far. Have not found out how to edit players. Almost no point other than exhibition mode for a game that does not give you full control of the roster. How can this be fixed? I want to enjoy this game but right now it’s absolutely horrid. Screen after screen and cannot make players better or edit their height and weight etc…. It doesn’t feel like an actual sports game.
