Is anyone going to address the dynasty error issue?

It’s been over 12 hours for me now not being able to access my online dynasty as I get the error “The EA servers are unavailable at this moment”. I’ve seen people have had this issue for days and I’ve seen NOT ONE EA PERSON TRY TO DO ANYTHING! It’s been radio silence on Twitter and nothing here on the forums. The support team on EA Help has no resolution either.&nbsp;@EA_Guy&nbsp;@EA_Kent&nbsp;@EA_Illium&nbsp;@EA_Barry&nbsp;can one of yall step up?? If this isn’t resolved soon best believe a refund request is coming

Same issue for me on PS5. Very frustrating, I have DM’d the EA Help twitter 2 days ago with no response yet.&nbsp;

I chatted support, they said it’s a known global issue and are researching. But offered no guidance on timeline.&nbsp;
