There are many teams that provided EA with advanced information regarding their new jerseys, and as we saw a couple weeks ago, several of them had their releases 'spoiled' be early EA gameplay footage. I know teams like Oregon will be releasing info to EA as they release their jersey's throughout the season, and what has been communicated is they will be introduced into the game during the season through patches. This may not be the case for every school, as it is up to that school to provide EA with the information in a timely manner, so unless they are on a good cadence and coordinated well, you may see delays. This goes for any other updates (non-jersey related), such as Oregon State's renovation to Reser which is not correct in the game as of yet.
