MUT: Scheme Spotlight Challenges

Hi there, well as of today unfortunately i did not receive my 15th token to use in the sets or catalog menu option for the free 99 overall player De’Zhaun Stribling out of the pack from completing all the 16 week challenges. Please help me figure out how to reclaim my achievement so that i can use it to play the rest of the game, thanks for the appreciation. Goodbye
