Same happened to me. Went thru several reps saying they would do everything to help me. Told me wait 24 hours. Nothing. Made me send proof. Nothing. Then responded saying others having similar issues and to post in forum?!?!? I paid $150 specifically for Travis Hunter. Requested refund. Has to be a glitch. Waiting on response.
