No accelerated play clock dynasty mode

Hello. Is the accelerated game clock actually not in dynasty mode? 

This is game breaking. You can run your offense and take no time off the clock as you have 39 seconds after calling a play in the huddle every time. 

I see under options it says accelerated clock doesn't apply to dynasty. This literally breaks dynasty games.
