Exactly, like how is it that Madden I don't have to do that but college I do. I get it you gotta make reads and assignments but every single down on offense or defense is just to much. NCAA 14 was better in my opinion as far as the gameplay went, they should have just took that and just made graphic adjustments and tweak the game play just a little

I was having the same issue, no matter what I did, sliding protections, ID the Mike, leaving RB or tight end in to block, didn't matter, I was getting demolished.
So, I set my pass blocking slider to 100. One would think that maxing out the slider would give you an impenetrable pocket of unrealistic proportion...
It... did not. The CPU d-line still blows by my guys as they just stand there making no effort to even touch them.
The AI is broken. The sliders are broken. Things don't work even close to how they should. All things that are blatantly obvious and should have been fixed at some point during their FOUR YEAR development of this game.
Did I mention this took them FOUR YEARS...?
@CanadeionFunny thing is, out of frustration I was messing sliders this morning, and when I set my pass block to 0 they turned into the great wall of China! lmao same thing with fumbles (aka ball carrier). At 100 my QB fumbles every time he got touched. Catching looks like it might be backwards as well, a long with other weird things.
Going to do some more testing and research.I say we all take bets on whether EA will fix anything worthwhile with their next update. My money is on “nope.”
Can’t we talk about screen plays? Literally impossible from under center bc the O Line doesn’t touch the pass rushers at all prior to the O Line moving to block for the screen.
It’s as if the Devs don’t know how American Football works. It’s almost as if they didn’t produce NCAA Football from 1992-2014.
