Online Dynasty Player Stat editing

Hi, is it possible to view changes made to player stats in an online dynasty? Specifically manual stat changes or boosts a commissioner level user can make.

we have a suspicion of someone cheating in our online dynasty by manually tweaking player stats to get an edge on everyone playing the game legit. If not viewable from in-game, is this something EA keeps record of?
