Playbooks
So we can't use custom books or other team's playbooks in regs? We have to use the book of the team that we are playing with? That is the dumbest thing ever and a deal breaker. Is this going to be patched?

Customization for online is really poor compared to Madden
These playbooks in general are just pathetic. They should have way more plays than what's in this game. The 5-2 defensive formation has only 6 plays but there are 9 plays for the same formation in Madden 24. Then when you look at the offensive side of the ball, there are no option run plays for the Maryland I, no option plays for the full house backfield nor the other 2 tight end 3 back formations except 2 for wishbone and 2 or 3 for flexbone. It seems like almost 1000 shotgun plays, which there should be, but why not include all of the same college plays that were in NCAA 06 all the way thru NCAA 14. There were so many option run plays in NCAA 06. Then pro set formations are scaled back. It's as if they had the logic that pro set plays are quietly illegal in college football.
Yeah man, colkege football IMO is way better than pro with video games and IRL. Madden is boring, the nfl is boring. I love the wide open and unique offenses that are run in ncaa. So with that said, if they don't fix this playbook thing then I'm not playing. Why this is even an issue to begin with is beyond me.

100% agree. Please give us custom playbooks. It’s bad enough H2H has been reduced to 3 minutes a quarter with no home field advantage and a ranking tier system that makes no sense. 1 drive can eat an entire quarter. You get the same amount of points for beating a tier 3 team as you do beating tier 1. And on top of that the teams full roster isn’t even accessible in this mode
Yep, everything is about ultimate team and spending money. I have no desire to grind solos just to try and keep up with the money spenders.
