Players searching 0 players online 0

Please fix this trash * game. I paid 75 dollars for some *. I’ve been trying to play road to cfp for about 25 minutes now with no luck. I get stuck in an infinity loop and I have to restart the game because it says 0 players are searching and 0 players are online. How the * is that even possible?!
