@Thunda3986perhaps it’s my experience in the military, as far as bringing in “subject matter experts” to teach or to tackle specific aspects of my job. One would assume that after an 11 year hiatus that EA would spare no expense and bring in the NCAA Football A team Devs from years gone by in order to make a good showing with 2025.

I don’t play Madden, but in 2025 most of the god awful aspects of clock management(not allowing us to enter hot route or flip play command when formations shift), how poorly the triple option works, how pulling line men are so bad in 2025 that all counter and plays with pulling linemen are broken, I swear they must have used a lot of former and/or current Madden Devs for NCAA 2025.

All of the mechanics in NCAA 2025 feel so foreign to anything I’ve experienced playing EA’s NCAA football series every year since 1992-2014. Yes since 1992. 2025 is the worst iteration of the franchise. 

Let’s also point out how Custom Playbooks could be used in Dynasty and in Online play up until 2014. Not so in 2025. It’s as if the Devs don’t know their own franchise. 

Let’s also point all of the artificial ways in 2025 how  we are locked out of input when calling audibles, resulting in delay of game after delay of game. In 2025 we can’t enter hot routes until all players are set at the line of scrimmage. In previous years we could enter hot routes as the play was flipping  or when we were running upfield during the hurry up after we called a new play. I’m going absolutely insane in 2025 pushing buttons to change my play or to enter hot routes and I’m not allowed to do this because??? 

And the god damned Turbo mode locking me into a play when I didn’t want to enter Turbo mode and inadvertently hit a wrong button.  

The frustrations are insurmountable at this point and I’m done with 2025 until this mess is sorted.
