Realistic Sliders You Use? + Match Defense + Blocking

Does anyone have any truly realistic sliders for Heisman? In the playoffs, my QB who won heisman can't complete a deep pass because he overthrows WITHOUT ME LEADING. 93 Deep Accuracy and he misses by an average of 15 yards.

We drop EVERY 3rd and 4th down pass in the redzone if someone on defense looks at the receiver.
