I’d like to make a refund request but can’t due to the 14+ days and I feel petty * since I spent 100 dollars roughly on cf25 pre-release and it’s a terrible game, all the bugs and all EA’s fake ads ...

Been waiting over a month for a half decent update and there has not been one that makes the game playable.
1st lesson: never pre-order
2nd: nobody here can perform refunds, including the EA reps. You will need to work with the retailer/etailer that you bought the game from with your complaints to see if they will honor it.
