Refund???
I’d like to make a refund request but can’t due to the 14+ days and I feel petty * since I spent 100 dollars roughly on cf25 pre-release and it’s a terrible game, all the bugs and all EA’s fake ads ...

@liljimjam I contacted Sony 5 times at least about a refund. I even tried the "dispute the charge and lose your Sony account" thing and even that got denied. Sony refuses to refund because EA refuses to admit fault. It's one big cash grab. Probably returning my PS5 tomorrow because I bought it for the game and I can't even play the nonsense thing.
Dont return PS5, pay MLB the Show, an amazing game.
