Roster Update?

I logged into the game and since the season is close I figured we would have a roster update and I check when I turn on the game. Today it showed a roster update was available so I downloaded it. However when I looked at the rosters I didn’t see any new players. Was there an official roster update today or is that down the road? Thank you for any answers!
