Rubber Banding - CPU Catch Up is KILLING this game
If CPU rubber banding/catch up isn't addressed in the first major patch I think there is going to be a lot of players walking away.
Our online dynasty is ready to quit. Every time you're up by 2 scores it's like the entire CPU team becomes the early 2000s Miami Hurricanes even if they're a 73 overall team. I get there being a drive or two where the team "buckles" down to really try to stem the bleeding, but it goes too far. The offense scores a ridiculous TD. 86 speed RBs start bouncing around like Reggie Bush shedding tackles like Trent Richardson. WRs become Randy Moss. The defense no longer cares you have an oline or forces a turnover by creating a fumble or having the most incredible reaction time to passes ever.
The game is not fun. Gameplay is generally good unless you're up and then it's unplayable until you're tied or behind. Rinse repeat. We've all been seeing the same pattern play out in our online dynasty and offline dynasties. I haven't seen this addressed but it's killing the enjoyment of this game because playing well doesn't matter.
It's literally like the game gives the computer the blue shell in Mario Kart. KILL THEY WHO LEAD!
