Search/sort options in shortlist in transfer hub on career mode

Could you please add a 'search by postion' option in the transfer hub shortlist. Very annoying having to scroll throught loads of postions to get to the cm postion in the middle of the shortlist. Or maybe the same option when searching for a player, where you put the age, postion and nationality etc...in the section where it says free agent, transfer listed, loan listed you could add shortlisted.

Also a select multiple option would be good for removing players from shortlist that you are no longer interested in. Takes ages to remove players to the point that there is no point. 

If anyone knows if this is already possible let me know.
