Servers Down???

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo  no that did not work.  The problem I understand from others who are experiencing the same situation has to do with the lineups.  Lineups are broken and causing these problems,  have been since day 1. Check the forums.  Changes to the lineup can cause issues.  

@EA_Aljo  yeah that worked,  but that totally sucks.  I liked my lineup the way it was.  Why did this happen? What is dev doing to fix it? 

Also,  will I get anything for being down 11 hours? The game is broken,  that's the truth,  and it's not fair to those of us who paid money and extra money for packs (most of which suck by the way) for a game that doesn't work half the time.  

Throw me a bone here.

You can just recreate the same lineup you had before.

I'm not aware of any compensation for this, but if it happens, we'll make an announcement.

Everytime I try to play Solo Seasons in Ultimate Team, I get booted & told that "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later".

This has been the last 3 days. 

Make it stop.

Not yet, I'll let you know when I get home & give it a go.

Just power down my XBox & Router for 2 minutes, restart the router & wait for it to get up & running, then restart my XBox...  then try a new lineup?

Try a new lineup first. If that doesn't work, go through the power cycling process I mentioned.

I started with the router, & XBox restart… but success, none the less.
