Speed option QB pitch issues

I think there’s a big issue with the QBs ability to perfectly pitch the ball on a speed option play when the defender has already made contact with the QB. The QB is basically already wrapped up and still manages to perfectly pitch the ball. It makes defending the read option broken, even when the defense reacts in time to wrap up the QB before he has pitched the ball. This issue needs fixing.
