Stadium Lighting Bug?

There’s an issue with the lights in all the stadiums. It’s most noticeable with night games, for obvious reasons., I’ve provided a couple of examples. It appears that the glare from the lights works fine, as shown in the  bottom photo. This was taken during celebration cameras and replay cameras. However during live play, as shown in the top photo, they appear to be off or very dim.
