Tackle Breaking from Behind

The animation where a breakaway ball carrier breaks a tackle when a defender attempts tackle them from behind occurs WAY too much. 

I'm not keeping a counter or anything but id wager its at least a 50% chance which is way too high. I think it needs to be tuned way down. Users and CPU's occur at the same rate. 

Anyone else notice this?

    I adjusted the slider that made the speed separation wider. Now these faster guy can outrun the slower guys. I college you see a lot of speed separations, lower that until you feel you have justified that speedy guy with breakaway speed.
