Team Turnover Celebrations

I am playing my dynasty with UGA and thought they were suppose to have turnover celebrations i.e. Miami Turnover Chain, Bama Championship Belt. etc. UGA does not have the spiked shoulder pads that they throw on the player who causes said turnover. Is this only for specific teams or will it be something that is added/patched throughout the year? Any update or info would be greatly appreciated.
