Unfair business practice complaint
I enjoyed playing College Football 25 (especially ultimate team) for a week and a half before suddenly being kicked from the servers. Upon further investigation I came upon an email stating I was permanently banned for violating Terms of Service. There was no specific explanation as to what terms where violated as I have not hacked, bought coins, or performed any unfair gaming practices in ranked competitive playlists. After repealing the ban there has been no communication from EA other than to delete a duplicate claim. Hoping to receive a resolution to this I opened a claim with the better business Bureau. Shockingly enough they responded with the typical:
MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
Thank you for raising your concerns with us.
We've reviewed the account and the action taken was due to a violation of our Terms of Service. We regret that we cannot assist through this channel nor can we overturn the violation.
If the player wishes to dispute the action taken, they will need to contact the EA Terms of Service team directly.

This company does not care about the people who purchase their product, and I would consider this a scam practice to take our money and ban us from their game. I wouldn't be surprised if a community manager copies and pastes the same response they gave to the Better Business Bureau. I would like to enjoy the game again, but if they choose to not to allow it my opinion of this company will be completely ruined as they wont allow me to play what I paid for.
