    • You will want to fill out this online forum to reach out to our TOS team for further assistance.  

    If you have already reached out to our TOS team keep an eye on your EA account email for any communications. Please note, that not all bans will appear in your account's Ban History.

Never bought coins, never hacked a game (not sure how to even do that on a console), did not perform any unfair actions in competitive playlists. Obviously you did not read my original quote, this was merely a warning to others, that this company will take your money and not allow you to use their product. Have fun being an internet troll.
