When is the patch for freezing/crashing issues on Xbox coming out?

My game consistently freezes just after any coin toss in OT and leaves you with the midfield screen while you start getting delay of game penalties. Nothing fixes it including restarting the Xbox. Have to restart it and get back into the game with the menu up and abandon the game. Also had it freeze twice yesterday in online games with a friend.
I am having similar issues. When I finish a game and hit return to hub I get locked in the loading screen. I cannot complete a game in any game mode, tried road to glory, Dynasty (online & offline), ultimate team. This needs to be fixed, I cannot play a game I paid $100+ dollars.
