When is the patch for freezing/crashing issues on Xbox coming out?

I have been freezing when I go to supersim within a game. It doesn't happen every time but very often. It happens when you go to exit out of the supersim menu, then it just gets stuck on that screen. Everything else is moving behind it but you can't get out of the menu. Have lost countless games because of this.
