Why aren’t Custom Settings loading when I start game?

Specifically my SAVED depth Chart(main menu Depth Chart) and my SAVED customized  Equipment Editing I do for individual players aren’t loading when I start the game. I saved both but whenever I restart start the game, the changes aren’t there. I have to manually load both from the SAVED files.

WHY is this happening? First time at NCAA Football, EA?  

I've SAVED the Roster a dozen times, yet every time I restart my Console my changes to the Depth Chart don’t load.

Where do my Cosmetic customized equipment changes go to??? Why don’t my Cosmetic changes to players automatically load whenever I start NCAA 25 on my Xbox??? 

Why do I have to MANUALLY load these Depth Chart and Cosmetic saves every time I restart my Console? 

Also surely we should be able to save our favorite Uniform combos and not have to customize every single game. How is this not a thing? We have the same basic functionality we had two decades ago. 

Perhaps I’m imagining things, but I’m fairly certain on 2011-2013 we had WAY WAY more uniform options. I know for a fact the Oregon Ducks and Maryland had twice as many Uni options in 2012. Those 2006-2008  unis Dennis Dickson era Oregon Ducks wore are my all time favs!! And they were available I think in 2011-2012.

How do we have fewer uniform customization options 11 years later?
