Why is team builder broken

I have only had the game for not even 4 days and EA has already ruined it for me. I have made teams in team builder 2 of the four I made won't upload and I the 2 one is a redo from scratch. Every time I submit it says error 400 something went wrong and failed upload. I have done everything. I have even deleted all my logo files. How do I fix this, or make it stop. I have no weird charaters like . or &. Can someone please give me an answer.
