2 different Weeks, two different Job Offer for me everytime. The First Week i get mostly "same/literal" Offer like 4.5*/5* OC and DC Job Offer, mostly DC Job Offer. Then i simulate another Week and get Downgrade Offer from few 2* or 3* Star Teams as new HC,but only 4 Offer. No more, everytime 4 other Offer.
I played with Georgia or Alabama.

You guys are getting job offers?! I just finished year 3 of a G5 school. I made the playoff each year and no job offers.
I've done a handful of sims to try and figure out some of the logic the game is using to put out offers. Here's a few things I've notice.
Year 1-2 of a new contract: You'll get offers in weeks 1 & 2 of the carousel.
Year 3 of contract: You'll get an extension and may continue to get extended for 3-5 years that follow - I've yet to receive an outside offer when the extension has been given.
Regardless of how well your team preforms I've not seen any offers that are big jumps for current job. Week 1 offers typically are lateral to slightly better. By better I mean, larger conference slightly better team prestige. I don't believe I've been offered from a school more than 1.5* higher than my current job.
While I do believe coach prestige play a role in the offers you get, I think current team prestige has a larger impact in moving up to bigger schools. Don't expect to go from a 1* program to a 4* program because you had a couple good years. In reality, taking a 1* MAC program and improving them to a 3*, would likely get you offers from a 3-3.5* P5 program not a 4-5* P5 program.
There are other factors to consider as well, coach abilities, pipeline, and schemes. Bigger programs are likely putting more weight into those categories than smaller programs.
