College Football 25 - Post Update Issues

Yeah, when are we getting a fix for this freshman position changes issue. Seems like it should be out by now.

It definitely should have. How does something affect your biggest portion of the game and you make people wait weeks to fix it?

@EA_Kent this is hands down the best football game I’ve ever played and it isn’t even close. You guys did a great job with it. Just a few kinks to work out. For me it’s mainly this position change bug, the scoreboard glitch, and I think some of the grading system for recruiting needs reworked. I think play style needs to have more factor into it besides just one stat. For example,, scrambler QBs only rely on passing yards for an A grade. Your QB could lead the league in rushing but you’d still have a bad play style grade for incoming scrambles. Just food for thought. There are probably a few other minor things I’ve noticed but Rome wasnt built in a day and this is a great game already.

So our online dynasty league finished season 1 and we advanced into season 2. We changed the conferences some of our user teams were in before we advanced to preseason and when it came time to schedule in the preseason, the user games ended up wonky and only giving people 2-4 user games even though we should have the ability to schedule all games a users for the most part. Give an error message and essentially has these teams playing their Schedule and we can’t do anything to adjust other than having to create a new dynasty to hope it doesn’t happen again.

has there been any update on a fix for this? Sucks having to restart over and over if this happens to be the case 

I saved and quit out of the game and restarted my xbox. Then rebooted up the game and it fixed the problem for me. Hope this helps..

I was a little confused what felt so off the past couple days and I realized it’s the new update. I do not know what was necessarily changed but it basically makes Dynasty unplayable against the CPU. Every team im facing continues running on second down regardless of distance and is nearly always successful. The couple times they do pass it is always a big completion on 3rd and 15. No variety in cpu playstyles any longer. No existing passrush of your team. I play on Heisman and loved how challenging yet rewarding it was, now it’s just a mess that’s feels extremely unsatisfying. Maybe it was purposely nerved to be harder? I just don’t see the logic because it’s just totally useless, cannot continue playing this until updated. The CPU is also awful on running QBs. Will just stand there and have QB run past them

Anytime i am on my offense wide open receivers get jumped by DBs 10 yards behind them that slide like skaters to them, and I have lost multiple games because of roughing the kicker now. And it seems like the screen anymations got nerved (which is fair imo), but QBs get dragged into the dumbest sacks now. If the screen is not there I should be able to throw the ball away. Now it’s a sack every time and tackles dealbreak me because of that in recruiting.
