Could not enter dynasty mode

When playing in offline dynasty games, routinely when I finish the game and exit to the dynasty home page I get an error that says “could not enter dynasty mode - an error was found trying to enter dynasty mode” and the game automatically kicks me to main screen. I load back in and it’s probably 50-50 if the game saves or if nothing saves and I have to replay game. Extremely annoying I auto aim a lot of games because I play them 2-3 times and this happens. 

Can EA please fix this !
