Community Manager@oak696 I haven't seen any widespread reports of red-shirted players getting game time. Can you share more details of your case? Provide as much detail as you can but try not to reveal any personal information about your account or your system setup.

Is anyone else having an issue with resetting games in their online dynasty’s??
We just had a top 5 showdown in our league and the game crashed twice and gave the win to the team that was losing. As commissioner, I am unable to go reset the game. When I go to scores and schedules all I can do is look at the box score (the game score ended up being 2-0 lol). I feel like in the past I would have been able to reset or force wins.
It seems it should be an easy fix to just reset the game so they can play again or at least be able to force the win for the team that was winning the whole time.
Anyone have any suggestions/is EA planning on fixing this?? A pretty big bummer for a 32 team league to have something like this happen. Makes people not want to play or get as invested.

@theBIGmaple5 if you can replicate the issue, you should submit a bug report. Also you can browse through the submitted reports to see if someone else has also reported an issue with resetting games in Dynasty.
- @EA_Failroader it may not be a bug but just the way it is at this point. I submitted one though. Do you know if someone on EA's side could go in and fix it? A lot of time/hours/money have gone into the league and we don't want to advance until it is fixed. Any help is appreciated.
