Dynasty Update For College Football 25

I'll have to test it out.  If I'm being honest, I don't actually know the correct way to use those options.

Is someone going to provide any kind of response to all the gamers asking about editing generated recruits? I want a refund if I can't do this. This is the only way many of us play this game mode. 

Sadly I think its pretty clear at this point that EA will fix what they want to fix and no particular issues will be confirmed as being worked on.

I’ve never had an issue with redshirts being put in automatically.   Change your depth chart to where they’re 4th-5th string where there’s no chance they get in the game.   That falls on you

IRL, redshirts are on the sideline in case of an emergency.  If they’re are listed in your depth chart, they’re going to go into the game.   Make sure you’re checking every position in the field.   Including SLWR, 3DRB, etc etc. 

You’re not the only one.  Either it’s a glitch or I don’t understand how it works.  Maybe someone can help out.  

When I was at a smaller school (Rice), I was NEVER able to soft sell any recruits.  Moved on to Nebraska and I can only use it occasionally.  I’ve NEVER been able to use the Hard Sell or sway option.  

can someone let us know if this is a glitch or is it an operator error and we aren’t using it correctly? 

I used to love recruiting and simulating through seasons with NCAA 14

I have just turned off my game, NCAA 25.  It will stay that way for a while.  Dynasty mode is utterly and completely broken.

What is the point of going through all the time and effort to recruit the best team when luck is the only determining factor for wining?

In just spent all day going through 7 seasons recruiting the best team in the country.  Overall was 94.  Not a single team was better.  Anyone want to guess what the final record was?  6-7.  Yup, SIX and SEVEN.

Lost the first game to a 79 OVR.  Them game 2 to and 81 OVR. 3 other random ones to mid 80 teams, and lost the "Here's Your Worthless Bowl Game" to another 83 OVR.

When Alabama plays Liberty do the fans worry about the coin toss, since that obviously decides the game?  When OSU plays Kennesaw St do they hold their breath hoping against hope for Heads to show on the coin?

No.

But here in crazy town it is literally a flip of the coin on every singe game to determine the winner.  EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. Record doesn't matter.  OVR doesn't matter.  Ranking doesn't matter.  Only the Random Number Generator matters from 1-100.  And if it comes up 1-50, well, you lose.

This has happened multiple times but today was the most egregious example.

If the next update does not completely eliminate the ridiculous upsets not only will I never play. this game again, I don't plan on buying another game from EA again either. 

@darrenks11 Thanks, but I've checked multiple times redshirt players are nowhere in my depth chart, including SLWR etc. So no this doesn't fall on me or I expect on any of the others who have reported this obvious bug.

you can pause to see the score and it comes right back the next play

Curious if anyone has acknowledged/addressed these additional bugs:

- when changing an athletes position, if they are changed to WR, WR cannot be switched to anything else

- forcing home or away win will sometimes result in opposite when using sim 

- when using hard sell, it for some reason switches to soft sell and I have to go back in, hold Y/Triangle to clear, and reselect options. Recruits have been lost because I didn’t realize I needed to hold the computers hand and make sure it was picking what I selected. This happens to me multiple times a week over multiple seasons. 

- Athletes need to be a position selection when holding RT/R2 on national signing day instead of having to sort with X/Square

- When playing defense, sometimes the Defensive player just kind of freezes and looks like they’re having a seizure on the field after the ball snaps. I’ve noticed with DT, DE, and OLB

- ANY of the team builder fixes people have requested

We would really like EA to allow us to move wherever we want to coach instead of picking us 4 crappy random teams in coaching carousel a week in the three week period during bowl season. (I’ve seen you address this one but adding again for emphasis that this is important a necessity)

If I retire a Head Coach, I should be able to go back in and be the Offensive/Defensive coordinator of the same team in offline dynasty. 

30 season limit is absolutely heinous, as is a lvl 50 skill cap. 

Also, blocking sucks. Actually, blocking is just a straight up huge fail. A 1 star team we are playing against should not seem like their entire D Line are all Reggie White clones.
