Getting new job strategy?
What strategy are you using to get better job offers in dynasty mode? It is incredibly frustrating that I’m have success with a program and I’m not getting quality job offers. It seems like most schools want tacticians or motivators but I’m guessing most people are picking recruiting style. Maybe it would be helpful if we knew what each school’s desired style was? Or better yet, EA fixes it in the next patch to wanting coaches of a certain level instead of an archetype.
