Increase Coach Skills Cap
I know others may have posted this, but the level 50 coach skills cap needs to be increased. 1. I understand the interest to cap skills to make it realistic, but a coach like Nick Saban would have a...
You only have enough points to fill one category and really half another. at least enough points for 3 1/2 categories would be a start
Surprised this never got any response or any attention. Seems like the windows passed now. They are already done with this years game. What we have is what we have outside of some new uniforms here and there.
@trengel @Totally agree. This was how the old game was. You could customize however you want. Sometimes I want a challenge and rough cap. Sometimes I want to be a coordinator prodigy of being next Saban. Give me 50 points to start and no cap. EA refused to understand across all their games that offline just wants customization. Sliders and options for every aspect of their games. It’s really that simple. Take a look at 2K my league and the amount of customization there is. Heck you can force win every award to build your history in your league. Why can’t we in dynasty. I can’t even write all the things they are so far behind on not enough time. Any developers from EA reading this please for the love of God go play 2k and look at the sliders in game as well. You can fine tweak the gameplay and their sliders actually create gameplay changes. Have the time y’all’s game sliders don’t even do anything lol. You also have had the same in game sliders since 1944. Time to create more sliders so we can get gameplay running the way we see fit. Welp my rant went a bit off topic of the coach piece but customization is my point here. It’s severally lacking and every front imaginable in the game. Don’t get me started on editing recruits and recruiting classes….
@brad9211 Completely agree. As much as some people get aggravated with 2K with micro transactions (with fair reason), I still buy it every year is because the franchise mode is still the flag bearer for sports video games. The amount that they put in the player’s hands… allowing them to fine tune the experience they want would move me to tears if it was in CFB 25. In addition, they are always adding new features for customization (like Player DNA, mass editing, etc).
EA doesn’t have to rebuild the wheel - just make a strong investment in it now (CFB 26 I’m guessing) so THEN you can tinker later. I’ll give them a couple years of this before evaluating for sure - because I’m sure the devs really do love this game. EA’s issue has always been 1) communication and 2) execution / follow through.
