I built up my coach to later become the Oregon state head coach. Despite my high credentials and it being my Alma mater and them having a position open I can never get offered it. Seems like you should be able to take any coaching vacancy that you’re qualified for and definitely overqualified for. This has been very frustrating:
Coaching offers are totally broke. The only way to get the HC job you want is to select it from creation. It's really too bad because in past EA NCAA games I could start my career as a coordinator and grow into a HC job, not with this game.
Are they ever gonna fix this?? All these updates and this is still issue Ridiculous
please Fix this EA. This should be easy. Everyone wants this and the ability to change the coach level cap while you’re at it. Give us option to take any open position we qualify for just like the old game. Also the ability to start with whatever amount of skill points and make there a cap or no cap. don’t make us wait until next year for a simple fix here….

Can I donate money for 2k to get the rights to nfl and college football? lol. Start a go fund me for us all to raise the capital. They haven’t hardly done anything with post game updates it’s really sad how excited I was for my favorite game to come back to be a dumpster fire. Major lack of customization in dynasty is an insult. Heck now we can’t even get a proper offseason coach offers…. I agree with you guys won’t be addressed. I won’t be buying next year until plenty of info is out on what they fix. If nothing oh well won’t go through the headache again.
